Whenever he went to the network drive on his machine he was only able to see one folder at a time, for example: S:\Departments\Quality. Then as he continued down the file path, he still only saw one folder. However, when he was in the office and directly connected to the domain, he was able to see all the folders that are available on the mapped drive.
